He has distinguished himself as a premier techno-commercial professional in the field of Migration of Legacy Hardware / Software, such as DEC VAX/VMS, ALPHA Servers, HP1000, HP3000 etc. and Embedded Systems Design and Development Solutions. Driven by his passion for technology and innovation he has expertly led the development of several successful customized projects in high technology areas. As Managing Director, Pramod Kapoor shall be responsible for planning, development and implementation of the entire Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities targeted towards existing and new markets.

UMESH GUPTA

Umesh Gupta has hands on experience of over 34 years in Indian/overseas markets. At his last held position as Sr. Vice President-Mktg., in one of the large consumer durable Company in India, he was responsible for business development on an all India basis. He carries with him vast and rich experience in business development, team building, channel partners networking, development and launch of new products, leadership qualities. He is also expert in handling matters relating to IPR (Intellectual Proprietary Rights). As Executive Director-Mktg., Umesh Gupta shall be responsible for planning, development and implementation of the entire Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities targeted towards existing and new markets.

RACHNA KAPOOR

Director - HR

Rachna having 20 years of experience in Administration & HRD, is a strong believer that company’s important asset is its team members. She has a vast experience in publication house/public sector/biotechnology industry. She has been associated in Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes i.e setting up standard operating procedures to achieve quality output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with industry regulations. She is involved in recruiting and training personnel, assessing staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
